AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
1) The term of contract of Housekeeping is for one year but if the need arises to cerminate the contract within the contractual period than prior notice of one month has to be given from either side.
2) The institute is requiring the steisis of the agency for its main building and S&H Department washrooms and classrooms. However the requirement of number of faresh may vary during the period of contract.
3) The time of daily reporting of all the cleaning staff will be at the main entrance gate at 8.00 am and will continue up-to 5.00 pm with a lunch break from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm. The time may vary as per the requirement and will be informed to the proprietor.
4) It will be the responsibility of the Agency to provide all cleaning materials at Agency's Cost for Housekeeping work in hygienic manner in the campus.
5) Washing and cleaning of common and attached toilets, bathrooms, washbasins, urinals twice a day with graded phenyl, acid, washing powder, bleaching powder and keeping good quality of naphthalene balls, fresheners, soaps, liquid soaps and napkins in the toilets and bathrooms.
6) All the fixtures e.g. fans, ceiling fans, tube lights, electric boards, electrical equipments, bulbs cleaning of spider webs of ceilings, walls and entire premises once in a month.
7) Work includes day to day cleaning of chambers, cabins, carpets, sofa sets with the help of vacuum cleaner and removing of all stains on carpets by using good quality stain remover. Floor polishing at least once in 3 months.
8) Cleaning of water tanks, all over head tanks and underground water tanks, sumps, storage water and drinking water
9) Regular register shall be maintained for keeping record of cleaning and Shall be provided whenever demanded. The agency should also report to the concerned incharge about any damage/breakage/leakage in the washrooms, classrooms and laboratories.
10) The Agency will be responsible for safety and security of all the internal and external items of furniture's, fixtures, equipments, etc.
11) The Agency shall not transfer or assign or share benefit of the agreement with anyone else without the permission in writing of the Authority. The worker will be the employee's of the agency and will be the sole liability of the agency only.
12) The payment will be strictly made after verification from our in-charge & 95% of the bill amount will be paid per month & 5% Security Deposit will be deducted from each bill & is refundable after successful completion of the contract. If the work is not satisfactory then 5% SD deducted shall be levied.
13) No extra charges will be payable in any case. No advance payment will be made on any account under all circumstances.
14) Cleanliness is the essence of the contract hence we expect experienced, physically fit workers only and it will be the responsibility of the Agency to make arrangements for proper and efficient housekeeping services for future continuation of the Contract.
15) The housekeeping services will be required for all days excluding Sundays and Gazetted Holidays as declared by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. Although if demanded in some special circumstances the agency have to provide services on holidays also.
16) Institution reserves the right to withholding full or part payment, ifthe work is not carried out acording to conditions & specifications.
